Event Production
Our company grew through a love of live and corporate events and we've been supplying full event production for a wide range of events across Wales and the UK since 2007.

We offer world class equipment for hire for any length of time, backed up with professional advice and support throughout.

Pricing Structure
All prices quoted on our website are based on the customer collecting and returning to our warehouse in West Wales. However, we also offer full production services including delivery, collection and technicians for all sized events. Please contact us for more information on how we can tailor a package to suit your event requirements.
VAT (Value Added Tax) - All prices quoted are excluding VAT and therefore subject to VAT at 20%. A full VAT invoice will be given for all hires.
1 - 2 Day Rate
Our 1 - 2 day rate covers equipment leaving our warehouse between 9am and 5pm on day 1 and returning to us between 9am and 5pm on day 2.
2 - 3 Day Rate
Our 2 - 3 day rate covers equipment leaving our warehouse between 9am and 5pm on day 1 and returning to us between 9am and 5pm on day 3.
4 - 8 Day Rate
Our 4 - 8 day rate covers equipment leaving our warehouse between 9am and 5pm on day 1 and returning to us between 9am and 5pm on day 8.
Collections & returns falling on a Saturday or Sunday can be arranged by special appointment where possible, usually with no additional cost.

We are based in Carmarthenshire, West Wales but supply equipment to events all over Wales and the rest of the UK. We offer competitive delivery prices on all of our equipment and offer full production services for corporate and theatre events, weddings, private functions, festivals & live events of all sizes.
